Garlic scapes are the stalks and unopened flowers of the ubiquitous garlic plant. In their raw form they have a sharp garlic flavor. Grilled they transform into something more akin to asparagus with a brighter flavor and better structure. They are a great addition to any meal.
Wash and pat dry garlic spears. Cut off lower third of the stalks and the tips of the spears (the pointy part). Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with Annata Cannabis Salt. Place on hot grill until done (remember to turn them). Serve and enjoy.
