Flame & Flavor is a private cannabis dinner series presented by Annata featuring talented chefs exploring the intersection of cannabis and food. Using fresh local ingredients, finely crafted cannabis oils, flower, and technique our chefs create an unforgettable experience. Dinners feature a cannabis component thoughtfully integrated into every course.

Our emphasis is on creatively using the flavors and terpenes of the featured cannabis strains and above all...having fun.

Past dinners have included nationally recognized chefs such as Chef BJ Smith, Chef Han Ly Hwang, Chef Logan Cox, and Chef Sarah Schneider. We've got an incredible line up of talented and award winning chefs along with partnerships with excellent growers, makers, and distillers. Flame & Flavor is a private dining experience you will not want to miss.

There are 20 seats per dinner available and they sell out quickly. Dinners take place at the Wandering Goose on Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA.
