For the third in our Flame & Flavor series we enlisted the talents of Chef Sarah Schneider of Renata (Portland Oregon). Renata is highly regarded and the recipient of The Oregonian’s Best Restaurant of the Year for 2015.
Chef Schneider prepared a down home BBQ menu for an Uncle Ike’s Bud Tender educational event.
Using our cannabis she created a variety of infused dishes for our guests; Smoked ribs w/ cannabis glaze, cannabis fried green tomatoes, anchovy & cannabis smoked whole chicken, roasted padron peppers, elote w/ infused mayo sprinkled with minced cannabis, activated cornbread, infused mac ‘n cheese topped with hand-made bacon.
Once again everyone had a great time and we thank Chef Schneider for creating such an incredible menu for our guests!
